I am a Certified Transformational Coach through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), a Certified Reiki Master, a 200-hour trained Yoga Teacher, and trained in Mental Health First Aid. With over a decade of coaching experience, I specialize in integrating holistic therapies such as sound healing, therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into a client-centered approach that supports healing, growth, and empowerment. My personal healing journey began after experiencing a traumatic event in 2001 that led to PTSD. When conventional approaches offered limited relief, I turned to holistic modalities—yoga, meditation, energy healing, and mindfulness. These practices not only helped me manage my symptoms but also led me toward personal responsibility, emotional balance, and lasting inner transformation. Today, I am committed to sharing these tools with others who are seeking healing and deeper connection to themselves.
In 2013, I founded The Peaceful Revolution Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing accessible, trauma-informed wellness services—such as yoga, sound healing, meditation, coaching, and life skills training—to underserved and under-empowered communities. Through this work, I have facilitated healing for more than 2,000 individuals at the Coconino County Detention Center. I’ve also provided yoga and mindfulness instruction for veterans, worked with NACA’s dorm-based programs in Leupp and Seba Dalkai, and served as a facilitator at Came to Pass Sober Living.
My professional experience includes offering therapeutic yoga and holistic health coaching at The Body Shop Physical Therapy Clinic, providing Reiki to cancer patients through Womankind at the Cancer Center of Northern Arizona, and serving as a Crisis Responder for Victim Witness Services.
For over ten years, I’ve facilitated community sound baths and group sessions, holding space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and spiritual reconnection. I use a multifaceted, inclusive approach that honors all spiritual and religious traditions while empowering clients to take ownership of their healing journeys.
My areas of focus include:
  • Addiction recovery and relapse prevention
  • Trauma, PTSD, and anxiety management
  • Stress and mood regulation
  • Compassionate communication and conflict resolution
  • Goal setting and life transitions
  • Conscious relationships and self-compassion
  • Shadow work and spiritual integration
  • Healthy lifestyle design and behavioral consistency
I am passionate about helping individuals uncover what they already know deep within, while offering guidance, accountability, and tools for sustainable transformation. I also support clients in cultivating personal rituals that bring meaning and intention to their lives. Known for my grounded and down-to-earth presence, I create safe, respectful, and empowering spaces for healing and growth.

Affordable Services for Those in Need
Addressing personal transformation or change can feel overwhelming for individuals facing food insecurity, economic hardship, or simply trying to stay afloat. I believe that everyone deserves access to wellness and support, regardless of financial circumstances.

To make my services more accessible, I offer a sliding fee scale for those who may not be able to afford the full cost of coaching or holistic therapies. Please feel free to contact me to discuss sliding fee scale options and the services that fall under this structure.

My passion is working with people and organizations to create positive change, and I am committed to finding a solution that works within your budget. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions—let’s work together to create a path forward that is both affordable and impactful.
